Exclusivity Agreements for Florists

While there are many Internet Marketing companies out there, not too many know the florist industry like we do.

We have been working with various florists around the country for the last decade, creating a customized floral Internet Marketing program designed around flower shops’ unique needs, specific target audience, and ongoing changes in florist industry trends.

And, when it comes to offer an exclusivity agreement for the florists we work with, we are pretty sure we stand alone in offering such a unique service.

What is an Exclusivity Agreement?
An exclusivity agreement is made between two businesses in which they agree to only deal with each other in relation to a specific area of business, including a type of service and even a geographical area where that service is offered.

The businesses agree that they will not engage in this activity in that area with any other similar business. Hence, they are exclusively working for that firm in that area, which means they have the full attention of that business in terms of providing that service.

This helps to create a competitive advantage plus goes a long way to solidifying a business relationship. It also offers some measure of predictability to assist with planning and budgeting.

Our Exclusivity Agreements
This is exactly what we do with the florists we work with and who have signed on to our comprehensive Internet Marketing program for florists – we only contract with one florist per geographic market.

Here are our current exclusivity arrangements:
  • Allen’s Flowers & Plants has exclusivity in San Diego, California
  • Allen’s Flower Market has exclusivity in Long Beach, California
  •  Allen’s Flower Market Online has exclusivity in Reseda, California
  • Carithers Flowers has exclusivity in Atlanta, Georgia
  • Peoples Flowers has exclusivity in Albuquerque, New Mexico
  • Veldkamp’s Flowers has exclusivity in Denver, Colorado

Details and Requirements for Gaining Exclusivity

In order to enjoy this unique service offering, there are some specific details and requirements from Flyline:

·         Exclusivity is not available unless you are using our premium service offering, which we have specifically tailored for florists and that delivers steady growth in sales transactions as well as sustained revenue growth.

·         There is a minimum 12-month contract term required. While some of the platforms used to deliver our comprehensive marketing program for florists can generate immediate sales results, most of the tactics are focused on building brand awareness and long-term organic power. That’s why we request that an annual contract be signed in order to get the best results from the overall Internet Marketing program.
·         We define the specific area to be reserved in the contract with each specific client.

It’s that simple and it’s so very effective. If you are ready to learn more, contact us today!
