Merry Christmas
From Atlanta, Georgia
Christmas is almost here. Have you finished your shopping yet? I have been busy trying to find the right gift for each of my loved ones and friends. At the same time trying to find opportunities to say thank you to our heavenly father for all the many gifts he has provided over the past 12 months. My wife and I happened to be arriving home the other night and saw this beautiful reminder of the gifts we all have so richly been blessed with. Thought we would share it with you.
Back to the issue of shopping for a minute. How are you doing your shopping this year? Are you braving the crowds at the local mall or have you joined the rapidly increasing masses of smart, savy shoppers who are doing their perusing and buying via their computers this year. It appears many of you have made the transistion from mall foot soliders to Internet super shoppers. I saw some stats last week that indicate that more than $21.95 billion has now been spent online this holiday season. That represents an approximate 12 percent increase over the previous year. Those figures are staggering, when you compare them to Internet spending just 10 years ago. The growth in Ecommerce is one of the more phenominal stories on the past few years. If you own a business, we encourage you to engage our services and allow us to help you grow your revenues through the deployment of a well designed Internet Marketing Strategy.
So much for shopping, marketing and making money. Have you taken time this holiday season to attend church with family and friends. We enjoy services at Roswell United Methodist Church. Each holiday season our church puts on a beautiful candle light service that is truly moving and inspiring! We invite you to attend this year's service. It's open to everyone and I promise you that you will not be disappointed. After having participated in many candle light services, I am absolutely certain that God is with us while we pray, sing and celebrate the birth of our savior Jesus Christ.

My wife and I attended a function at the Loganville, Georgia Methodist Church the other night, called a Journey To Bethlehem. The event is held outdoors and is absolutely something you must see. We encourage you to take your children as they will really enjoy seeing Roman soldiers, Jewish pilgrams, the 3 Holy men, the shops in Bethlehem, being turned away at the inn and finally making the trip to the manger to see Mary, Joseph and the christ child. The event is extremely well done and complete with live burros, goats, Roman horse and foot soldiers, Shop keepers in native garb sharing their stories and wares and oh yes, a real camel. It's special and I promise you and the kids will enjoy the evening.
